Connecticut Green Bank Honors Verogy with Outstanding Project Award
Verogy recognized for solar project at Meadow Ridge in Redding, CT
West Hartford, Conn. – March 21, 2024 – Verogy, a West Hartford, CT-based solar energy developer dedicated to delivering industry-leading renewable energy solutions and services announced that the company received the Outstanding Project Award from the Connecticut Green Bank for the company’s project at Meadow Ridge, a continuing care retirement community in Redding, CT. This marks the second year in a row that Verogy has been honored with an Outstanding Project Award.

“Verogy is excited that we’ve been honored with the Outstanding Project Award by the Connecticut Green Bank for our solar project at Meadow Ridge. This award reflects our team’s commitment to deliver this impactful project, which will produce over 800,000 kWh of clean energy annually while avoiding over 600 metric tons of carbon emissions every year – the equivalent of a car being driven more than 1.5 million miles. Working with Meadow Ridge and its community leaders was a remarkable journey and demonstrated how individuals of all ages can contribute to improving our environment.
